A Written Message from the Candidate

Since joining the CU*Answers Board in 2007, I have had the privilege of contributing to something truly meaningful—the sustained growth and resilience of a cooperative that makes a real difference for credit unions across the country. Nearly two decades of board service have sharpened my perspective and deepened my commitment and I am proud of the role I have played in guiding thoughtful decisions and responsible stewardship on behalf of CU*Answers and its member credit unions.

What I value most from my tenure is what cannot be easily measured: the relationships built, the hard problems worked through together and the culture of continuous improvement that defines how this board operates. The ideas we generate and the challenges we navigate don’t get tossed aside—they are refined, carried forward and woven into the cooperative foundation that makes CU*Answers what it is today.

As CEO of Frankenmuth Credit Union since 2003, I have led with a deep commitment to collaboration, innovation and member-first service. That experience doesn’t just inform my perspective on the CU*Answers Board—it reinforces why this work matters. I understand firsthand what credit unions need from a technology partner and I take seriously the responsibility to help ensure CU*Answers continues to deliver on that promise.

If given the opportunity to continue serving, I am eager to help open new doors for education, training and shared knowledge that strengthen every member of this cooperative. By continuing to work together with curiosity and purpose, I believe we can keep CU*Answers at the forefront of our industry for years to come.
